13.56 MHz DESFire® EV3 & Bluetooth® Capacitive Keypad Reader
The Architect® Blue reader combines RFID and NFC technologies with a capacitive vandal-proof keypad, allowing multi-factor identification of users.
Highly Versatile
The reader supports the widest range of credential technologies, including 13.56 MHz DESFire® EV3, STid Mobile ID® instinctive identification modes (Tap Tap, Remote…) via native Bluetooth® and Near Field Communication (NFC) capability. It also features Apple’s Enhanced Contactless Polling (ECP) to store credentials in the Apple Wallet.
Multi-Functional Keypad
The keypad can be used for identification or to activate additional functions (alarm…). The same reader can also operate in multiple mode. It authorizes, for example, the reading of cards for personnel or the entry of codes for visitors or temporary workers.
Unmatched Durability in Rugged Conditions
The keypad reader offers IK08-certified vandal-proof and IP65-level design ideal for outdoor mounts in harsh environments.
Two-Factor Authentication
The reader combines the reading of a credential with the input of a personal keypad code to improve the security levels.
