At Corona Print, we use three personalization techniques:
Screen Printing
Screen printing is one of the most commonly used methods for printing lanyards because of its durability and vibrant color. Do you want a simple company logo without too many colors? Then screen printing is the perfect solution for you.
Thermal Sublimation
Thermal sublimation is the ideal method for double-sided, full-color prints. This technique uses heat and pressure to apply the print. With screen printing, the print is on the surface of the material. With thermal sublimation, the personalization is transferred into the material. Because the print is embedded in the material, it is less likely to be scratched or damaged.
Embroidery
Embroidered lanyards are made of durable polyester and dyed in the color of your choice. Your graphic elements are sewn directly onto the fabric for a high-quality, durable lanyard. This method is not suitable for complex graphic elements.
